Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I was concerned that the sewage line from my house to the City's line was becoming blocked by tree roots and because of this sewer gas was leaking into my backyard with the smell coming into the house. I contacted Roto-Rooter and Mason and his assistant came out within 45 minutes. They were both very pleasant. They put an antibacterial liquid in the sewer line and also at my request did a scope of the interior and exterior sewer line and found major root intrusion in the rear of the yard. We talked about cutting out the roots and putting a new lining in the exterior and interior line. They gave me an estimate to do the removal of the roots and for a new lining. They also provided me with a video of the sewer line showing the roots. They were very professional and not at all pushy about proposed work. They will call me with a firm price.
