We had a small roof leak and called Icon out to give us a quote on the repair. Turns out, it was just a lack of sealant on the water heater vent. Our tech was polite, professional and sealed it for free! He also recommended adding a part to help keep water out too (something we can do ourselves). I don't even know how to thank him for not charging us an arm and a leg. We hope we don't have roof issues for awhile, but would definitely call Icon in the future for an honest opinion if we do and would feel comfortable referring them to others.
