First I will say that I am not an easy guy to please as I usually fix things on my own. Just didn't have time for this one. We have a solar water heater and it turns out they (SunSplash Solar) did a horrible job on the installation of the solar panels on the roof. Literally mounted the mounts directly to the sheathing and holes cut in the tiles to allow the mounts to get through the tiles. No attempt to plug the holes or water proof them. With the recent storms, water began to leak into one of our bedrooms (Never use SunSplash Solar!) I was extremely pleased with what Icon was able to do to repair the damage that SunSplash Solar caused, and they did it all without having to remove the panels and it looks 100x better than the original installation. They really went above and beyond and I am truly impressed.
