I just had PlumbSmart replace & install two toilets. They responded the same day & were very prompt in setting up an appointment. In particular, Derek did an outstanding job. He was very professional, courteous, & meticulous. Not only did he do a quality job, but we really appreciated how clean he left the workspace after the work was done. He explained my options, informed me of the price of each service I was considering. It was a very pleasant experience to be treated so nicely. Also, Thomas explained in detail what service he was going to start and complete. I’m completely satisfied with his work performance and the entire company. Secondly, the owners daughter called me to get my feedback the same day! She was truly amazing! I’ve never had a company call me to get a real-time evaluation of recent work done. Such a pleasant conversation. She really wanted to know how I felt about the work and the pricing. The call made me feel special!
