If you’re shopping for a new AC system we highly recommend PlumbSmart. We got quotes from 4 different companies and Shaun not only had the most professional and educational presentation, he had the best pricing by far. Shaun guided us through the process with superior communication and customer service. Cadon and Mason did our installation and they were great too! Ours was a 2 day install and the men left our home so clean we couldn’t even tell any work had been done. On top of great products, great price, great customer service and communication, everyone we spoke with at PlumbSmart was happy and extremely polite. When my ac unit needs attention, Plumb Smart is who I call. They are usually able to come out right away. A couple of days ago my unit stopped cooling. I called Plumb Smart and they came out fairly quickly and got the ac up and running again. I love that they take pictures and document start to finish and provide me with a record of the work. Thanks again guys for a job well done.
We called PlumbSmart out an estimate because our AC needed to be replaced. The sales guy was knowledgeable and recommended a great system at a fair price. It turned out it wasn't actually available so the install got pushed back and we kept getting an answer every week of maybe next week, so that was a little frustrating. They were nice and brought out a portable unit which did help cool the living room, but was a huge hassle. When the unit finally arrived, Eric the installer was prompt, prepared, and did a fantastic job. He helped me set up the new thermostat and explained how this system would differ from the old one. All in all it was a pretty good experience. Though I started to get real upset getting strung along each week after awhile, I'll chalk that up to distribution issues and I'd use them again.
