They installed my Mach E L2 charger. Tech was professional and on time. He nicked the wire a little but was fast to inform and repair. He was honest it was his first time installing that particular style, which I appreciated. It turned out great!
Josh was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining step he took. He made sure I understood that was happening and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to assist me.
