TLC Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

The contrast of friendliness from the office staff and the tech was pretty drastic. When the tech arrived, I explained to him the issues that I explained to the scheduling company - he was instantly annoyed that scheduling didn’t input the issues correctly and then went on to tell me about the frustrations of the jobs leading up to my job . . . Once he assessed the units and saw they were working well enough he didn’t help with the rattling from our vents and made it sound like there is no possible way that they can be fixed (or he just didn’t want to give any of his time to try to fix them). Maybe that’s something to do with using an home warranty - I’m not sure. Although the office staff told me he could check all of our units - I didn’t even ask. I guess I can be thankful that the units are working and the rattle and lack of air flow in parts of the house are just going to have to be lived with for now.

I get the annual AC tuneup. Their team does a good job of keep my old machine running. I’m currently exploring their financing options for a new unit. So far things look good. Service: HVAC system maintenance

The technician arrived on time but stayed less than 5 minutes and came up with the issue with my AC is that it was leaking, and coils had to be replaced along with the whole Air Handler that is less than 4 years old. He showed us pics of the leak. The quote was over 3000.00 dollars. With two warranties. We got a second opinion at Aristotle Air and turns out there is NO leak. I went into the attic to verify. The pictures the Tech showed us weren't even taken in my attic. These people will steal from you! BEWARE!
