I get the annual AC tuneup. Their team does a good job of keep my old machine running. I’m currently exploring their financing options for a new unit. So far things look good. Service: HVAC system maintenance
This company is a scam. Our a/c went out during the 119 heatwave in July. It took them 3 visits and a month and a half to repair/install new unit. First 2 visits the tech failed to get info needed so they kept having to reschedule to come out. Now they're stalling to cancel out 1 of 2 loan agreements which I was told was 1 was fully canceled and turns out it was not, causing me to have an impact on my credit plus 2 large monthly payments. Office staff is so rude and unhelpful.
