Zach was great to work with! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and sympathetic of a very tough situation not having AC in this heat. Even though we were unable to do fix the issue today they made sure to make it a priority for tomorrow once the part arrives. We truly appreciate all of the teams efforts!
I called JMAC when my system wasn't running smoothly. They replaced 2 capacitors and added freon to my system explaining these items were "routine maintenance." About 10 weeks later, the system is having a similar issue so I called them back and was told "it is NEVER routine to add freon" and due to it being "busy for the summer" the service agent "forgot" to tell me there could potentially be a larger issue. While at the house, the service agent was in such a hurry that he never checked the attic or he would have seen a dent in the blower wheel. Since the attic wasn't inspected, the wheel broke completely and seized the blower motor. After connecting another company, I found that JMAC charged me twice as much for the work they did complete AND they didn't even do the full system inspection that I was billed for. Our Technician (Tony) was superb, being respectful and thorough in his explanation of repair done, and new unit technology advancements. JMAC’s office communications have also been timely, respectful, and thorough. The repair cost savings over our former company was substantial and reasonable, based on $$ of replacement capacitors on amazon. Will recommend JMC to all who have need, or are asking for recommendations.
