I have been using this company for 12 years on all of my properties. Their service is excellent and they keep my equipment running perfectly so good that I have a 36-year-old unit that is still in great working condition. I will always use them they're honest and fair in their prices. Service: A/C system maintenance
I called JMAC when my system wasn't running smoothly. They replaced 2 capacitors and added freon to my system explaining these items were "routine maintenance." About 10 weeks later, the system is having a similar issue so I called them back and was told "it is NEVER routine to add freon" and due to it being "busy for the summer" the service agent "forgot" to tell me there could potentially be a larger issue. While at the house, the service agent was in such a hurry that he never checked the attic or he would have seen a dent in the blower wheel. Since the attic wasn't inspected, the wheel broke completely and seized the blower motor. After connecting another company, I found that JMAC charged me twice as much for the work they did complete AND they didn't even do the full system inspection that I was billed for. I would not recommend JMAC to anyone I know. Summer is busy for AC companies so I understand they are busy but not inspecting the attic at all is unacceptable and the small i
JMAC will forever have my business. Justin was extremely helpful in diagnosing and scheduling over the phone. I was given a same day appointment, which is rare during this time of the year.
