Something I thoroughly appreciated when it came to understanding the scope of work and how it would be undertaken. This continued while the project was underway, and Alan and his team were as courteous in all our on-site interactions as they were on any phone calls or text messages. But I think one of the highest compliments I can pay is that I was so thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work they did.
