Magic Touch Mechanical

We had our seasonal AC check yesterday. The appointment was scheduled, I received texts to let me know when the Tech was to arrive. Arrive on time he did. Richard, our Technician is a seasoned professional. I'm a retired HVAC/R business owner. I can say without reservation that Richard is amongst the top Technician's I've ever had dealings with. He's client sensitive, knows his trade and communicates his findings patiently and thoroughly. It's tough to find Technician's of this caliber. This company is outstanding. You really need to be doing business with Magic Touch. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Dave P from Magical came out today and boy did he go above and beyond. He won't admit it, but I know for sure he did a little more than he was supposed to help keep a fan that is gunked up in use until such time as it can be replaced properly - which I'll have Magic Touch take care of as soon as I can. He did the rest of the work he was here for as well, but I bet he put a little extra in for us and it sure is appreciated. Not my first time using Magic Touch, definitely won't be the last. 7/31/23 Do yourself a favor and call another company. Replaced our AC in 2012 Lennox, and have had troubles every year despite having yearly ‘tune ups’. Again our AC went out within a week of ‘tune up’ . Of course it would be over a week before they could come out. We called another company. Short story, they found years of rust and damage due to years of leaking Freon - keep in mind we just had an inspection and we’re ‘good to go’. Now we are facing $20,000 damage and a new unit. Called to speak with manager and no call back- will keep trying!!! Services: HVAC system maintenance, Installation, HVAC duct & vent repair, Install AC, Thermostat installation
