Sharon was AMAZING!! She was the 7th tech to come out and was the only one that was willing to go up on the roof and fix my issue the other tech were MEN!!!!! Don’t tell me women can’t do anything!!!!! It took. WOMEN to come out and get up there!! Amazing work!!!!! Service: A/C system repair
I would NOT recommend Magic Touch Mechanical (942 W 1st Ave., Mesa, AZ 85210) for any of your AC/Heating needs. I bought a Bosch AC/Heating Unit from Magic Touch Mechanical in early 2021 and it included 4 visits of regular maintenance calls. After 9 Months I realized no one had called to schedule these visits. I called and found out I needed to call them, which I did, and the last one was 6/1/2023. At that point, I purchased an annual agreement for $408. Five weeks later (6/11/2023) my unit was not cooling properly; I called and was told it would take two days to get someone out. The technician came out and I was charged $404.97 to add 2 pounds of freon. Also, I asked about the surge protector (that the previous tech said needed to be replaced for over $400) and this technician said it did not need to be replaced. On 8/17/2023 the thermostat failed and the AC was not working at all. I called and was told they could have someone out 5 days later on Tuesday 8/22/2023. I explained that t
If you are looking for HVAC service or install in the Phoenix area my heart goes out to you. Having different companies giving us estimates was a like dealing with sharks on a used car sale's lot. This was not the case with Magic Touch. We had six estimates including the so-called biggest and best names in the business, and of all these mid to large-sized companies Magic Touch had the best price by 15-40%. They are willing to work with you on price and different instal options to suit your budget and they are EXPERTS. I know they all say they are, but these guys actually are. They pointed out things that other estimators missed or were not even aware of (I verified everything afterward.) Bart is especially attentive and flexible to work with, bringing great knowledge and care that is a credit to his professions.
