Ben and Fresh Breeze have my best interests at heart. This is not very common these days. Ben answered his phone late Saturday night and my AC was running smoothly again Sunday morning. He does not suggest things that are not necessary. It is very evident that his clients are very important to him. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and honest. I highly recommend Fresh Breeze. After a family b-day party our A/C system only cooled to 82 degrees that evening. I called Fresh Breeze at 7:00 AM and Ben answered and assured me he would be out to check it between 11-1 that day. When he did arrive as promised and found nothing wrong ( the system was cooling normally again) he gave us some tips on pre-cooling prior to our next party, charged us nothing and wished us a good day. For years we had AC issues and have had so many different people try to resolve it and were never successful.
