BEWARE: They are very friendly and punctual sales people, not technicians. They exist to to sell you stuff, not fix things. TL;DR- They offered me a tune up over a sales call, my unit stopped working after their "tune up" and they wanted to sell me a new system for $12,000-$19,000 and said repairing was more expensive than replacing. Called another company and repaired it for $800. New unit quotes from competition were at $7.5K -------------------------------------------------------- My experience: I have a wife who is 8 months pregnant. We get a call from one our air to "tune up" our AC for a 50 dollar special. My parents used this company when I was a kid and had good things to say about them so I agreed. A technician comes out to "tune up" my unit, and what do you know? He tries to sell me a new unit.
