Clark heating and cooling has been servicing our church AC needs for probably 10 years now. They are excellent to work with. Every person I have interacted with has been great. I want to especially call out Michelle who I work with the most on coordinating everything. She is prompt to answer the phone or return a call, is extremely friendly, and administratively strong to make sure communication and scheduling are precise. I also want to call out Elijah, one of the technicians who often comes to respond to our service calls. In late July we had 5 units go offline for various reasons. In one visit he was able to identify one that was completely shot (1998 unit), and get the other 4 units back online before he left. He went above and beyond that time and is always great when he is here. The unit that was shot they replaced promptly and cleanly just about a week later. Gabe led that install and was great to work with as always as well. We highly recommend Clark Heating and Cool

We used Clark Heating and Cooling because they were the most responsive to our needs. We purchased a unit from a third party due to extensive discount as family member works for a commercial manufacturer. Most local businesses didn't want to deal with a third party unit. Dave Clark and his team not only installed it but came back out before the heat to make sure it was sufficiently charged and running properly. i would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

From start to finish, my entire experience with them has been very prompt, professional, and educational. They displayed great organization and communication when it came to booking the appointment. I was given a courtesy timeframe of when the tech (Ivan) would be arriving for my scheduled appointment. Throughout the process, Ivan, was very thorough in explaining the diagnostic findings. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. Thankfully, their pricing was very reasonable.
