Gabe responded to my request quickly. He came out and installed a gas flex line without any stress. While he was here he did a casual inspection and told us that we might have a potential issue. Seeing as I know nothing about hot water heaters this was helpful. I felt at ease while he was here. He was open and honest. I appreciated it! Gabe was here very quickly after calling and explaining the problems I was having. He installed my microwave and added an end/nipple for the hookup of my gas stove. The installer couldn’t do the installation of the microwave because they were unprepared to do the job. I will definitely have One Shot Installation come back to do any work that’s needed. VERY PROFESSIONAL
