He answered all my questions and was able to remove & install my water heater with the products that I had already purchased. From the initial call to the end of the installation, this company really takes pride in their work and it truly shows. I have learned that getting a contractor to schedule with you takes weeks to months but not this outfit. They are quick in scheduling you in and they have outstanding customer service.
