I have been with Cool Zone for many years, and had them install a new air conditioning system a while back. Their service has always been perfect. Their service man Dakota always goes above and beyond and the owners of the company are very hands-on and incredibly attentive with consistently excellent customer service. I recommend them without reservation and would give them a 10 out of 10. Cool Zone did a great job repairing my ancient unit, fair pricing, professional service. Update! I needed a second repair on an unrelated part, and Cool Zone folks (thanks Danette) got me scheduled so quickly, and Justin arrived on time and finished on time and saved me from certain heat exhaustion. If we could give more than 5 stars I would! Our unit gave out at 10:30pm I called they were closed. I didn’t even leave a message and I received a text at 5:44 am asking if we still needed service. Dakota was here at 8am and the unit was running at 9:00am. This was the best service I have ever received from setting the appointment to pricing and the repair. Dakota was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Thank you
