CoolZone A/C and Heating installed our Carrier A/C and furnace in July of 2023. Dakota gave us a competitive price and inspected the job after the installation. Technicians Byron and Brendon did the installation, which was excellent, using canvas to cover our new carpeting. The house temperature was 114+ and much hotter in the attic where the coil and furnace was installed. CoolZone let us use a portable A/C unit for our bedroom during the installation. CoolZone has a A+ Accredited rating with the BBB since 12/08/2006. It starts with the friendly phone call and the professional, knowledgable technicians this 5 Star family run business employs. If we could give more than 5 stars I would! Our unit gave out at 10:30pm I called they were closed. I didn’t even leave a message and I received a text at 5:44 am asking if we still needed service. Dakota was here at 8am and the unit was running at 9:00am. This was the best service I have ever received from setting the appointment to pricing and the repair. Dakota was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Thank you
Cool Zone did a great job repairing my ancient unit, fair pricing, professional service. Update! I needed a second repair on an unrelated part, and Cool Zone folks (thanks Danette) got me scheduled so quickly, and Justin arrived on time and finished on time and saved me from certain heat exhaustion.
