I have been with Cool Zone for many years, and had them install a new air conditioning system a while back. Their service has always been perfect. Their service man Dakota always goes above and beyond and the owners of the company are very hands-on and incredibly attentive with consistently excellent customer service. I recommend them without reservation and would give them a 10 out of 10. CoolZone A/C and Heating installed our Carrier A/C and furnace in July of 2023. Dakota gave us a competitive price and inspected the job after the installation. Technicians Byron and Brendon did the installation, which was excellent, using canvas to cover our new carpeting. The house temperature was 114+ and much hotter in the attic where the coil and furnace was installed. CoolZone let us use a portable A/C unit for our bedroom during the installation. CoolZone has a A+ Accredited rating with the BBB since 12/08/2006. It starts with the friendly phone call and the professional, knowledgable technicians this 5 Star family run business employs. I’ve had both Dakota and Byron service my ac. Both are very courteous and professional. They both rave endlessly about the company being a fantastic employer who treats them great. Very rare to get multiple techs heaping praise on their employer, it certainly means a lot to me! Highly recommended
