On the plus side, this company is highly responsive and punctual. On the down side they are highly expensive. After a $100 visit, they offered to complete the work for an additional $450. We passed, purchased the $350 part for $20 on Amazon, and installed it ourselves. Save yourself the $100 visit and find someone else.
I had a yearly check for my furnace/ A/C with Brian Sturgeon. He called ahead and was punctual. He was thorough and courteous and explained everything in a way I understood.
