Called Nick the owner and needed a toilet installed. He said they were pretty busy but could make it happen. To my surprise he sent on Travis this morning and got us up and running again! VERY PROFESSIONAL QUICK AND CLEAN WORK!! We will only use them moving forward! Service: Toilet repair
I would definitely recommend. Nick was responsive, polite, and very professional. Their prices are also competitive....the installed water softener price was $300 lower than the next lowest quote, for the Advanced Series Wood Bros. water softener, with Clack valve (made locally and sold by many area plumbers). I also learned that when possible, it's better to buy in the summer, because many plumbers offer better incentives (makes sense, they're less busy when there are less people here).
Nick came out and installed a loop for our new water softener and filter. He was very professional and helpful. He even called at 7:30pm the day he installed the unit to ask how it was working out. Very pleased with my experience and would recommend to friends and familyz
