Honest and professional. Down to earth. Update to summer of 2023 July. We needed to replace a 30 year old unit but didn’t have the money for it. We were using 3 Toshiba portable ac units in specific rooms. Everything was ok because June was mild but July is way rougher. I finally had news that the money was coming so I contacted Sammy and when he found out that we still didn’t have the ac working. He drops everything and rushes to my roof right away and told me he will temporarily have the ac working for a very reasonable price mostly for the used part. Labor was minimal if any . This man’s actions told me who he really was as a person. It wasn’t about money anymore he just wanted to help a family that needed it. Last week Sammy and his partner came and installed the new Trane ac unit . Thanks again Sammy you’re truly a awesome person.

Really appreciate Total Care Heating & Cooling and everything they did. Sammy is professional and proficient. My AC had to be replaced and his quote was a little under what I anticipated. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Sammy at Total Care Heating and Cooling. Over the years we have used him for both AC service, repair, and replacement for both myself and my dad’s homes. He is always prompt, fair, professional, clean, and looking out for the customer. For example, we recently purchased a new home and had Sammy come out and look at our 22 year old Trane Unit. He quickly saw what was wrong with the unit and provided a cost benefit analysis for service vs replacement. He also knew that Trane would be increasing their units by 5% in the very next month and was able to source a brand new Trane unit promptly during the covid supply chain shortage to allow us to avoid the higher price.
