There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Sammy at Total Care Heating and Cooling. Over the years we have used him for both AC service, repair, and replacement for both myself and my dad’s homes. He is always prompt, fair, professional, clean, and looking out for the customer. For example, we recently purchased a new home and had Sammy come out and look at our 22 year old Trane Unit. He quickly saw what was wrong with the unit and provided a cost benefit analysis for service vs replacement. He also knew that Trane would be increasing their units by 5% in the very next month and was able to source a brand new Trane unit promptly during the covid supply chain shortage to allow us to avoid the higher price.
