Roland quickly responded to my voicemail and was able to schedule me within the same week. He was easy to do business with through text and emails for quotes and payment. He showed up on time (which is extremely rare with contractors these days) and was friendly and professional during the service. He gave honest feedback on another plumbing item that I asked a question about where someone else might have just charged me a bunch of money and still not solve the problem. I HIGHLY recommend E.R. I called Friday and he picked right away! Roland was super helpful and came the next day. Fixed what was needed and didn't over charge. He went over the charges when it was done to make sure we felt comfortable. He was fast and efficient! Will definitely call this company again!

Very happy with the service from ER plumbing! After calling around to a few other companies no one was able to replace our water heater tank same day. ER plumbing came out quickly, and were able to get the same brand tank locally and replace it same day! Hopefully we won’t have another plumbing issue but if we do we’ll call ER plumbing first.
