Sunland Development Corporation - Roofing Division (SDC Roofing)

When I was driving home about a month ago I saw a roofing company doing a roof about two blocks from my house. I stopped and talked with one of the workers. I asked him for the information on the company. He gave me the information I needed. It was the Sunland Development Corporation, roofing division. I called and spoke to Pau lHalmrast and asked him to come and give me an estimate. When he came he went up on my roof and came down several minutes later. He asked me if I had any leaks and I told him no. He said I could probably go another two years. I told him the house was 21 years old and I probably needed to do it now. I told him I would get some more estimates and would get back with him. I have representaives from nine other companies and Paul's estimate was by far the best and was using the best materials available. We were very please with SDC Roofing. They did a great job on our roof. They were always on time, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after. I was actually really impressed with the care I saw them spending daily cleaning up nails and debris from the property in the rocks and pool.
