Sunland Development Corporation - Roofing Division (SDC Roofing)

I recently had this company install underlayment and replace my existing roof tiles. I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof or just new underlayment. The owner, Paul, kept all his promises to me. The work was done on time, the workers were amazing and so courteous, cleanup and protection of my yard and pool was perfect. I just can't go on enough about all that was done to make my roof look just right. Thank you Paul for doing such a great job. We received 3 quotes to get our roof replaced. Sunland was by far the best choice. They were competitively priced; very responsive and a professional crew. They actually started one day early and finished in less time than anticipated. Paul is very responsive to questions, etc. The crew was professional and did a great job keeping the work area clean. When I was driving home about a month ago I saw a roofing company doing a roof about two blocks from my house. I stopped and talked with one of the workers. I asked him for the information on the company. He gave me the information I needed. It was the Sunland Development Corporation, roofing division. I called and spoke to Pau lHalmrast and asked him to come and give me an estimate. When he came he went up on my roof and came down several minutes later. He asked me if I had any leaks and I told him no. He said I could probably go another two years. I told him the house was 21 years old and I probably needed to do it now. I told him I would get some more estimates and would get back with him. I have representaives from nine other companies and Paul's estimate was by far the best and was using the best materials available.
