This morning, I woke up and walked into my living room and immediately knew it: Something was terribly wrong with our AC. It was almost as hot in the house as it was outside (pushing 110 at 8am), and I was dreading finding someone who could help. One call to Misty, and I knew I had found a great company. She was super efficient but still incredibly friendly while taking my service call. She sent Forrest out within the hour, and he solidified my initial feeling. He was so amazing that we canceled the rest of the companies we had scheduled for the day. For much less time and money than we were expecting, Forrest had our AC back up and running cool. He let us make our own decisions and didn't force us into anything, which we really appreciated. Forest and Misty, y'all are the absolute best. We're customers for life now!

We had to replace our a/c unit after 14 years. I spoke with Forrest at Grizzly Mechanical regarding this issue. The guys did an excellent job with the install. They were all professional in their attitudes and respecting our home during the work. Everything was explained to us before any work was done. We spoke with "other" so called big name Hvac companys and they don't compare to the quality and trust worthiness of Grizzly Mechanical. They only do the work that's necessary and not commissioned.
