The technician that came was friendly, professional, and made me feel much more comfortable than most technicians when they enter my home. He fixed the problem quickly and was great with my dog! I'm glad this company works with Choice Home Warranty. My only complaint is that I didn't get any responses to my texts, calls, or voicemails the day of the appointment, but they came exactly when CHW said they would so it worked out. Chris had superb communication, and he arrived on time despite a miscommunication. He was very knowledgeable in his work, he worked fast, and he made everything flow easily. Above and beyond work. I am relieved that my issue was fixed.
