Ron was compassionate, listening to my explanation of my issue to complete task. He was focused, knowledgeable, and thorough. This might have been the best experience I have had involving a service, ever!! My main panel to my house failed. This is usually a 6 to 8 week turnaround because of permits, inspections, and service companies showing up to disconnect and reconnect the meter. But, I was without power and the great folks at Valley View got the permit pulled in a couple of days and the entire process to change the panel in one day!! I wish every company I encountered were like these guys! Thank you so much to Ron, Starr, and Nick! Great job, well done, and for a really great price!
