Having your AC go out on 100° day is stressful, but contacting J&M Cooling & Heating to have someone come out was not. I reached out Monday morning, and they told me they could come out the same day to check it out. They kept me informed on when they would be out and were clear about pricing along the way as well. Mike was out in what seemed like no time, diagnosed the issues, and explained everything to me in terms I could understand as well as the next steps and pricing. He was able to get my Ac fixed on the spot, and my house was cooled down in no time. I really appreciated the communication and information he provided to me as well as the speed of getting things up and running. Thank you a million times over for making a stressful situation that much easier!
Had an issue with our main house heat pump. Jason was able to diagnose it pretty quickly, and he was able to get a replacement fan from their inventory and come back same day. I was very lucky to be able to get service on their normally off day, so I feel blessed. Kudos to Mike, too, for getting Jason to come out on short notice. Rock stars!
