Had an issue with our main house heat pump. Jason was able to diagnose it pretty quickly, and he was able to get a replacement fan from their inventory and come back same day. I was very lucky to be able to get service on their normally off day, so I feel blessed. Kudos to Mike, too, for getting Jason to come out on short notice. Rock stars! We highly recommend J & M Cooling and Heating. Our A/C stopped working on a weekend after hours. Mike came to our house very quickly and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Mike was very honest and the cost was very reasonable. Mike saved us from having to stay somewhere else for the night.
