Joe and team were excellent! They called me back very quickly, asked great questions, asked for photos to help troubleshoot, offer cost range and give estimate on when work could be completed. I don’t even know how to begin writing this review. 2 Good Plumbers LLC saved my day, saved the sale of my house. I was supposed to close escrow tomorrow, but the shower head was leaking. The buyer threatened to cancel the contract if I don’t get it fixed. I called 8 businesses, they were all booked solid and I couldn’t get anyone to come out. At such late hours in the day, my hope to get the show head repaired diminished. Thank goodness for Joe Glassman, he was patiently explaining and trying to troubleshoot the problems over the phone. When I got to the store to buy the part, he spoke to the salesman to make sure I buy the correct part. Then he showed up at my doorstep in a flash. Of course he fixed the leaking shower. Joe, I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for all you’ve done. I wish I could tell everyone how wonderful you are.
