Rooter Ranger Plumbing

3 plumbers came out to my home for a simple clog in my kitchen sink, count them 3 plumbers. They quoted me a price of $1400.00. Suffice it to say, I didn't take their quote. I was billed $199.00 for their "trouble". I contacted my home warranty company and ended up paying $85.00 and 30 minutes of my time to get my sink unclogged. This company Sucks!

Adam was our plumber. When he arrived, he was very personable and professional. He had to finish the contractors job by jack hammering the sections in order to get to his portion of the job. Once he did all that, he was able to begin his portion of the job. This two day job turned into a 4 day job and without Adam stepping in to finish and continue the job, this might have gone on longer. So Kudos to Adam for saving the day. He deserves a bonus for doing the contractors job. He is very hard working and left our house every day with a smile on his face even though he was covered in dirt from head to toe. I want to thank Michael the Plumber who came out at 1am to unclog my plumbing. It wasn’t just one bathroom it was both and the shower. He came went on the roof and handled his business. The next day he came with his boss to put the camera down the pipe and it needed to be replaced. They got me approved to get the work done and Michael stayed until the inspectors came and he was over all just a very nice person and explained the plumbing. Since I was getting the work done they reimbursed me what I paid for the night before and that was nice. Michael and Donnie thank you. I want to STRONGLY commend and thank, Teyon who was the plumber who did the digging and put new pipe in my home and laid down the concrete.(basically the most difficult part of this process) His communication after every time he would leave, the respect he had while in my home and cleaning up after the work was done I can not thank him enough and his helper.
