I contacted my homeowner insurance Friday night to request a service repair for my AC. We realized before bedtime that our AC was not kicking on. Shane from AC Works, called first thing Saturday morning and was able to get out to the house later that morning. He gave a 30min courtesy call and arrived on time. He listened to our issues and within a matter of 30min had the problem fixed, the new equipment replaced and our AC back on. We are forever grateful for Shane’s promptness in getting us up and running again. These AZ summers are no joke and with 2 young kids in the home AC is a must. Service: A/C system repair

AC unit went down on Friday night. Shane showed up to fix it early Saturday morning. Made short work of the repair and was transparent throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d highly recommend working with him and AC Works! Update: ran into an unrelated problem with my AC and Shane again made short work of the issue. I’ve been consistently impressed by AC Works timely and reliable services.
