Shane was a life saver! My AC stopped blowing cold air. He came and fixed 2 other things that he found were not set up correctly. He was professional, nice and explained everything that he was doing. I contacted my homeowner insurance Friday night to request a service repair for my AC. We realized before bedtime that our AC was not kicking on. Shane from AC Works, called first thing Saturday morning and was able to get out to the house later that morning. He gave a 30min courtesy call and arrived on time. He listened to our issues and within a matter of 30min had the problem fixed, the new equipment replaced and our AC back on. We are forever grateful for Shane’s promptness in getting us up and running again. These AZ summers are no joke and with 2 young kids in the home AC is a must. Service: A/C system repair
