Once again Adam and the whole crew at Dial One Mears did a great job for me. First I didn't know what I needed. They calmly explained my situation, old system not functioning well, and gave me options. No pressure. They arranged for my ducts to be sealed, including a 4 inch x 2 ft gap in the attic. They also installed a small split AC unit in our garage that is quiet and relatively cheap. Everything was done quickly even though it was the middle of summer. The service representative gave me a telephone alert and arrived promptly. Shane was in work uniform, thus providing identification. He was friendly, provided helpful advice, and professional throughout this visit. He checked everything out carefully, found one issue needing attention, but left the final decision up to me. No pressure. I felt that this was a very comprehensive inspection of my HVAC unit. Service was fantastic! Called at 8 am and RJ was at my house by 10am. Quickly determined it was a dirty pan and deep clog. Fixed it quickly, educated me on how to maintain moving forward.
