Aside from it being a Sunday afternoon, my fiancé and I were in the middle of trying to get to a bridal fitting appointment when our shower fixture broke. We reached out to ACME and he responded immediately. He worked us into his schedule and went above and beyond the call of duty that evening. The job ended up continuing into the next day, but Christopher came back first thing in the morning once he had the proper materials to finish the job! I was having a major leak from the faucet in the shower and he was able to arrive within a few hours of the service call. Christopher was extremely courteous and extremely professional. He was also extremely knowledgeable and was able to bring the part over and get started right away. He also was extremely fair with the price and got it done within a few hours.
