Chris was great! He responded quickly to my voice message, even though it was after 5 on a Friday. Through texting and sending pictures he was able to give me a quote over the weekend. Chris came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, pointed out several issues I wasn't aware of and proceeded to give me a fair price on the spot. Came out the next morning, arrived early, and finished within budget. EDIT; I have recommended ACME to all my neighbors and have called them a few more times since my first call. Compared to other service people I have dealt with, he is the most up front and honest. They won't be the cheapest option but it's fair pricing for the quality of work that you get.
