Phoenix Electricians Today

I called Phoenix Electricians Today and spoke with their answering service to schedule a service call about outlets in garage and bathrooms not having power, even after breaker reset. The lady was very nice, took my information and explained dispatch would be calling me to set a time on my preferred day. I assumed this was due to it being late evening at the time. Within two minutes of finishing that call I received a ring from Dennis who was helpful in scheduling a sevice call for the exact time I needed the following day. Dennis and the tech arrived within the first 15 minutes of the two hour time window for the service call the following day. Both were very courteous, personable and professional. They were able to diagnose and have my problem fixed very quickly. Pricing was fair and explained and agreed on upfront before work was done after problem had been diagnosed. Had a electrician come out to install a new breaker box and connection to the city, a ground wire, stove wire replaced, and ceiling fan in multiple rooms. The ground wire is exposed through my pool area and has been criticized multiple times by other contractors. The fans he installed did not rout to a switch, but instead put the outlet on the switch. There are several other issues we are finding out a year later that they did in our attic. The breaker box is up to code and looks good, but everything else has been problems. Especially for nearly 5k in work. Will never use them again and i highly recommend getting another company to inspect the work once it is completed. Apparently you only have like 120 days to make a complaint about it to the licensing board. WOW! From the jump, excellent customer service and response time. Estimate for 3 outlets, wall sconce, bathroom lighting, bedroom ceiling lighting and correction to previous install missing equipment. Kitchen fan replacement that Charles explained to me on the estimate exactly what I needed and why. They converted 2 bathroom 3 switch outlets to 2 switch outlets and... willing to come back again to finish up installing a new cooktop and replacement of outside panel. They NAILED it!
