I truly cant think of anything but positive things about this wonderful company. Fair price, very honest, quality work, knowledgeable and kind. They let you know how long and estimated cost up front, and they do not gatekeep easy solutions. I have learned so much from them because they share what they are doing and why whenever they come out. Because of this, there have been 2 occasions where i was able to fix something myself instead of another costly charge - but of course, i still call Apache for any new issue or whenever i need something more complex done. Love this company, i cant recommend them enough

I was able to get a tech out in 2 days to replace my water heater. Matt was awesome. Explained everything he was going to do. He was quick and efficient. They came early. Was done within an hour. They were very conscious of the length of time the water was shut off. One main line for the row of condos I live in. Put in a quality part. Saved me over four hundred dollars. They were able to fit me in on 5/1 even though they were booked out until the 8th. I had no water. Dorothy was very helpful and accommodating.
