My only complaint was they said the tech would arrive between 1-3 pm which he/she didn't make. I called the office and they said 3-5pm now. A phone call saying the tech couldn't make would have been appreciated. Because I couldn't wait until 5 I rescheduled and the tech (Juan) that came did a good job. Thanks Service: A/C system maintenance
Technicians arrived on time. They did a thorough checkup on my AC unit. Rewired a capacitor that wasn’t wired correctly, Made a detailed list of parts that needed to be replaced in the near future and took the time to explain why. Super appreciated their expertise and patience with my questions. Charged for a service call and they were on their way. No pressure to replace parts. I highly recommend Benefit Air
TLDR- This is the ONLY HVAC company I will ever trust again! Excellent service, fair prices, extremely knowledgeable employees & in the business of customer satisfaction. First off, big big kudos to Eddie, the tech who came out and fixed our AC after Penguin Air told us it was “so broken & old” that we need to buy a new one. Also, big thanks to Paul & Anthony for providing quality customer service and for going above & beyond to explain to me what could be going on before I even scheduled a service with them. Long story- Penguin Air has been getting me to pay for fixing symptoms of my problem instead of find and addressing the actual issue every time my AC would stop blowing cold air. Finally they tried to take advantage of me when I was most vulnerable when my AC when out in the middle of the summer. They came out & spent 5 mins on my roof before coming down & telling me I needed to pay $4500 for new coils, but with an AC built in 2009, they said I should just get a new AC. Of course
