T & K Electric - Electrical/Solar/Air

They were eager at first responding until you sign than they stop calling or updating you. I’ve been waiting for them to install the Thermometer, they did installed the Solar Panels right away without a problem but will not follow up with other details with the process. I would have to call and text in a few weeks to know what's going on, I'm already paying GoodLeap the loan company even though I'm not using my Solar Panels. They supposedly will pay you back on the payments you make to the loan but still waiting. The staff doesn’t call back nor no updates. I feel like I made a bad choice. Don’t use this company. The staff would switch so I don't know whose still working at T&K or not anymore, no call backs and no updates. I feel like I made a bad choice I'm hoping this will change in time I'm trying to understand and be patient but this is too much of a wait. I finally got it installed but I don't know what app to use since it doesn't seem to be Buildertrend app....been calling with no response...

We met Tommy the last day of 2019 to fix an outlet, through the recommendation of friends. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind that we kept his name. We called him again for two problems: a circuit breaker and a kitchen lamp. Tommy sent Alex, who was punctual, presentable, professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the lamp and found the circuit breaker had power and was ok for the time being. We were so impressed with his demeanor that we requested an estimate for the update of all outlets, lamp, and fan connections in the house and an estimate to put in a new circuit breaker. We look forward to working with Alex on these two projects, as we give him a 10 out of 10 score for excellency. Thanks to Alex and to Tommy for an impressive business. Service: Light fixture repair
