T & K Electric - Electrical/Solar/Air

MUST READ: Recommend do not use this company. I’ve now have had my Solar sitting on my roof for more than 5 months now, it is still not turned on. The only time something is done when you have to reach out about what’s going on. No communication. They failed the city inspection the first time. It’s honestly beyond belief the company hasn’t done anything to fix the customer and business relationship. Service: Installation

They were eager at first responding until you sign than they stop calling or updating you. I’ve been waiting for them to install the Thermometer, they did installed the Solar Panels right away without a problem but will not follow up with other details with the process. I would have to call and text in a few weeks to know what's going on, I'm already paying GoodLeap the loan company even though I'm not using my Solar Panels. They supposedly will pay you back on the payments you make to the loan but still waiting. The staff doesn’t call back nor no updates. I feel like I made a bad choice. Don’t use this company.
