Service Dept Mng JT is a pleasure to deal with, responsive and attentive to detail!
John T. Who is in charge of service is a joke. He told me to "never go on a warranty job and NOT FIND BILLABLE DAMAGE, EVEN IF IT'S OLD CAULKING, JUST TAKE A PICTURE FROM FAR AWAY SO THEY CAN'T SEE." Plus their prices for products is insane, they charge 25 dollars for a roll of web that cost about 5 bucks at your local homedepot. And they get anywhere from 1 to 20 uses out of that one roll but continue to charge each time they use it.
Great group to work with and the quality is hands down better than most out there!
