Update, 7/21/2023: After having another HVAC company service my AC yesterday and tell me I need a new unit, Chas was there for me today for a 2nd opinion. Not only did Chas fix the problem, they showed me how to fix it next time e.g., reset air handler A/H switch in breaker, not the AC breaker. Thank you Mike, Noah, Cartwright, and Cameron for your helpful advice and support, always! You guys rock! June 2022: Wow! After listening to new AC units vibrate the walls, I'm really grateful Chas came out with a different crew to assess. Joey and Leonard were very insightful as to the cause of vibration and in less than 20 minutes fixed the problem. Thank you so much!

Today's experience with Jenna was great! She was following up on service that was done on a new system a couple days ago and came prepared. She checked that everything done was still working properly, that there were no leaks and then cleaned coils before finishing up. We're ready for summer! Service: A/C system repair

Our builder used Chas Roberts to install new hvac units. After one year the unit was leaking freon. Since the repair was done the unit is super noisy and our electricity bill has increased. One reason we purchased a new home was to have peace of mind in having a more efficient and reliable hvac unit. I have lost confidence in the reliability of the product.
