We have tankless water heaters that were not installed correctly by the previous plumber. Bob, Bobby and Bryant came over and explained exactly what needed to be done and how much and answered any questions that we had. Not only did they take time to explained it but they also showed us exactly the issues. Love when they send a text to let me know that they are on their way. Great communications.
