Five Star Air Conditioning

We needed a new AC and from the time of the quote to the install was super easy. The whole team was amazing. Chuck came out sooner than scheduled for our quote which worked in our favor since we were without a working AC. He was very helpful in giving us all the information on the different units so we could make an informed decision. Once we picked a unit, they were able to get us on the schedule ASAP. We felt so taken care of on the day of install. They had several techs out to assist to make sure everything was installed properly. Dan, the owner, even popped over to check on everything. The team was here a little longer than anticipated, but they wanted to do everything correctly which I appreciated. It was about 7:30pm by the time they finished and we got everything paid for. There was an issue with our card going through, but a quick call to the office got it taken care of. They truly will take care of you anytime of the day. Great job Five Star!! Five Star just installed a new system in my home. From the start their team was completely professional without losing that sense that they care about their customers’ needs. From the quote process with their receptionist Leixel, who was easy to talk to, made the quote process a pleasure to finish. The whole process only took two days. Wow!! In my industry I have to work with a lot of vendors and service companies, Five Star hit the service nail on the head!! On the morning of the installation, I met one of their specialists, Tristan Rochelle. I was notified by text that he was on his way and that he was rated 5 out of 5 stars. I can see why; we only spoke for a few minutes but seriously I was impressed with that young man. These days you don’t see many young people that are as polite, professional and ready to work. There is difference between good and defining a new level of excellence. Tony, Ashley, Tristan and Lucas just installed my 3 ton unit for my office. You can tell they care so much about the experience not just the result but the process in each and every step to achieve the desired result. Respectful, timely, educated, experienced, mastery in their craft is just few thoughts that came to mind when working with this company.
