There is difference between good and defining a new level of excellence. Tony, Ashley, Tristan and Lucas just installed my 3 ton unit for my office. You can tell they care so much about the experience not just the result but the process in each and every step to achieve the desired result. Five Star Air has a fantastic team of associates. Chuck was the first person to come out where I ordered Lennox air conditioner and furnace. Tony and his associates came out today and installed equipment. They checked equipment prior to leaving to make sure everything was working perfectly. We needed a new AC and from the time of the quote to the install was super easy. The whole team was amazing. Chuck came out sooner than scheduled for our quote which worked in our favor since we were without a working AC. He was very helpful in giving us all the information on the different units so we could make an informed decision. Once we picked a unit, they were able to get us on the schedule ASAP. We felt so taken care of on the day of install. They had several techs out to assist to make sure everything was installed properly. Dan, the owner, even popped over to check on everything. The team was here a little longer than anticipated, but they wanted to do everything correctly which I appreciated. It was about 7:30pm by the time they finished and we got everything paid for. There was an issue with our card going through, but a quick call to the office got it taken care of. They truly will take care of you anytime of the day.
