In the 9 years that I have lived in my house I have never been more pleased with a team that has helped me with repairing my sink the way that Albert did. I am impressed with their response time, professionalism, knowledge and efficiency! Even Jeannette who scheduled the appointment was so kind and empathetic to our situation. I had such a great experience with Hero Home Services! From setting my appointment with Janette ( the day after Christmas) . They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease.
