The roof on my rental property in Phoenix was leaking and roof had to be completely replaced due to age and condition. Lyons was prompt and professional in inspection and estimate and their price was more than fair. They kept in communication throughout the job sending many photos and updates. They were courteous to my tenant as well as my property manager and did a meticulous job both on the roof and on the clean up of the property. I can't recommend them highly enough. Lyons did a superb job replacing our roof, complete with new vents, ridge vents, trim, skylights, plywood where needed and all necessary extras. Everything was easy from contracting through completion. Project Mgr Eddie was great and communicated effectively. Materials Mgr Sam was terrific. They cleaned up all debris daily and did a thorough mail find with magnets. I highly recommend this company.
