Love everyone at Howard Air. Our service man Arturo was wonderful. He was very professional, informative and friendly. He did his job with care and was very helpful educated us on our units. We highly recommend Howard Air and We will definitely be requesting Arturo for our future appointments.

Update: We also received service from Rocky yesterday for some touch-up work, who did a great job. He was thorough, professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to make things right and was very considerate during his entire visit. It's difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy company to maintain AC units. People like him are the reason we always use Howard Air for our AC needs. I had a maintenance check done on the AC unit I had installed last year this morning. My service representative Jesus was early, Howard Air did call to see if it was ok for Jesus to arrive early & it was. Jesus was very polite, friendly & very knowledgeable. He did the thermostat inspection & then got up on the roof to check the actual unit,he worked quickly but was very thorough. He even noticed that I needed an updated smoke alarm & told me he could install a new one for me right then so I was happy to have that done. As I said before he was very polite & very knowledgeable & it was a positive business experience. I highly recommend Howard Air.
