Howard Air is the BEST! I’ve been with them for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The young man , who worked on my air conditioning unit took his time. When he finished, he explained things to me.All in all, it was a great experience. Thanks, Howard Air!
Technician communicated clearly when he would arrive and arrived according to his estimation. Spent a good amount of time on site conducting inspection and maintenance of the AC system. Clearly communicated with us about recommendations, then provided a detailed report with pictures of what was discussed. Will be using them again in the future.
Everything was great. Office personnel/dispatch quickly helped me make an appointment and followed up with texts and emails. Technician was professional and friendly and quickly solved our problem. I would enthusiastically recommend Howard Air to anyone.
