The gentleman that did our service today was very professional and a very polite and respectful person. We would be happy to have him as our regular technician. Howard Air always does a good job. Having people like this working for you makes the company great.
Technician communicated clearly when he would arrive and arrived according to his estimation. Spent a good amount of time on site conducting inspection and maintenance of the AC system. Clearly communicated with us about recommendations, then provided a detailed report with pictures of what was discussed. Will be using them again in the future.
Howard Air was recommended by my parents. Technician Will Richards arrived and performed comprehensive check and complimentary coil clean. He took time to explain what he did and any concerns and answer my questions fully. I appreciate his patience and answering my questions. I feel he was honest and knowledgeable.
