Definitely the worst HVAC company around I had called them for a routine maintenance for my unit. It was working fine before they showed up. Within 15 days after the showed up, the AC stopped cooling. I don't know why the technicians came and made an issue of a non-existent problem. When you call their number, it is one of most frustrating experience - as there is no coordination and no one can tell you when tech will come. Finally had to call somebody else to fix it. Call someone else avoid them at all costs to save the frustration.

Have used Diamondback for years. Never an issue. Courteous and professional, always. Just had to use them again, as our A/C needed replacing. Got the best quote and work was done the very next day. Total time of install for both the outside compressor and the inside unit was 4.5 hours. Well done, Marco and Frank. Also, kudos to Omar, the tech who came out and diagnosed the problem with our coil. He was also instrumental in bringing down our price. Our job included a 5 ton system from Goodman, a halo light to kill bacteria and viruses, and a new lining for the ductwork. Just excellent all the way around. The only issue I have is they spelled my wife's name wrong. It's Robin, not Robyn. LOL.

What a shame if a company. They called me with a special to check my systems, one on my main house and one for my casita. After they left both my systems were not working as well, casita wouldn’t get below 80 degrees. Keep in mind I didn’t call them because I had troubles with my systems, only for a maintenance call. Both systems immediately stopped working as well, and diamond back tech told me he cleaned the coils. NOPE! I called them and they said they could send someone out to fix the problem, NOPE! I called a local company, the owner has been on my roof for the last 45 min, sent me a video of him cleaning my coils, showed me a video of a leak of my coolent. New tech Showed me how the casita unit was low on coolant, yet it worked fine before diamondbacks tech came out. Diamondbacks employee told me he cleaned the coils on my main unit yet he didn’t , straight out lie! The best consumer warning I could give to someone else considering this company is to run!
