Hands down best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Had an emergency grease trap problem to resolve. Communication was top notch from the start. They discussed problem, and gave me information on some potential things to be aware of. Then worked to clear up schedule to get someone right away and gave times to expect calls and service. The plumber that came out was equally knowledgeable and had great suggestions to help prevent the issue again. He took time to make sure my staff and I had knowledge about our system and best practices to help maintain it and lessen the need to call a plumber for emergencies. Everyone at Diamondback Plumbing took time to make sure that not only my current issues were fixed but also made sure we were aware of problems not being addressed by our regular pump service or just ways to maintain our drains better. Diamondback Plumbing is open 24 hours, which is amazing when your AC goes out at on a Saturday afternoon. I called, and a woman answered who took my info and said the tech would call me shortly…and they did. They scheduled to come out Sunday morning, Tyree called when he was on his way, when he arrived he was professional and explained what he was going to do. He took pictures, showed us what the issue was and communicated everything. He was very nice and clear. He took care of the problem and an hour later… our air was back on! I would highly recommend Diamondback plumbing and I will be back if anything ever should occur in.
