I don’t think anyone looks forward to having to replace their AC unit in the middle of the Phoenix summer. I talked to 5 other companies before Ryan came over to take a look at my house and needs. Needless to say, the job that he did surpassed everyone else. Ryan was extremely professional and genuine. He was also very thorough looking at my house as a system (including windows, insulation of walls and attic, etc), modeling my house, measuring static pressure of the system, and showing me how he worked out the load calculation to assess the best replacement for my central unit. Having a background in engineering, I really appreciated the process. The other advisers/consultants that came to my house went off my current unit for size, the sqft of my house and height of ceilings, or a ballpark from their past experience.
