Absolute the best hands down. Been a customer a long time with our old unit, they did what they could until it was finally time to replace. JD was straight forward and upfront with cost, was able to get us some discounts. He was here Monday night and our new unit was installed on Tuesday in a little over two hours. The installers were polite and very efficient. They answered any questions for us with upfront answers. I highly recommend Penguin ???? Air.

My AC went on a 113 degree day, a homeowners worst nightmare. Penguin had someone over in less than 90 minutes, on a Saturday. That responsiveness alone is worth 5 stars, but the service and expertise from Chase is the real reason why I can’t recommend Penguin enough. I was given multiple options to fix and/or replace and never felt like I was being pressured or sold on anything. I will absolutely be doing business with them in the future. Thanks again, Chase. I currently have a home warranty policy. My AC unit stopped blowing cold air so I called them to get service. They told me that I would have to wait 10 days to get service. The temperature in the house was going up and nearing 91 degrees! Outside it was 112! I called Penguin and they were able to get a technician out in the afternoon. Henry did a fantastic job repairing our AC and was able to fix it in no time! Hats off to Henry and Penguin Air for great service!!
