Had some plumbing issues in our laundry room fixed and also had a water line installed for the fridge in our kitchen by Penguin. From the first phone call Penguin has been speedy, receptive, and showed immense customer service skills. The work they do is fantastic, quick, and clean! If you have the pleasure of meeting Anthony R., one of their techs, he has been beyond impressive! One of the nicest guys you will meet, he is very understanding and will talk out options with you that suite your situation. He was also quick on everything and always made sure it was done right before before departing. Our AC went out over night during the longest streak of heat that Phoenix has seen in a long time. I called Penguin early in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. They kept us up-to-date on the ETA for the repair tech. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything. Thankfully he had the air fixed very quickly. We have different definitions of emergency and customer service: after our old system failed we called Penguin, The original technician was great. He tried everything to get our system working but couldn’t, but not for lack of effort. I purchased a complete new system that was installed two days later. Installer's were also great, they did a clean job. However after the new system was running for about 4-5 hours it died, so around 1130 pm when the thermostat went blank I called the 24 hour emergency number. Apparently my emergency doesn’t qualify as theirs, even after writing them a 17k check. As I write this review, now 12 hours after my new system has died, no one has showed up and my house is around 99 degrees inside. Maybe I’m old fashioned but I would think you would recognize that infant mortality on a newly installed system warrants a little more concerned and prioritized response. Service: HVAC system repair
