I called them out to fix the mini split on my food trailer that I had for sale. I was charged the $79 service call to be taken off when the work was done. Well, after 3 weeks of waiting, I was told that the part needed was hard to find and they would call me back. It has now been over 2 months since the initial visit, and I have since sold the food trailer, having to deduct the cost of a new unit to make the sale.
First time buyer of AC as my 20 year unit bit the dust..... 3 days before I was supposed to leave for a visit back home. Lincoln Air was quick to respond, explained the process of purchase and installation in great detail. The crew they sent is amazing! Eduardo, Andrew and Jason were super fast and accommodating. They finished EVERYTHING in record time and I was able to leave for the visit back home. Super satisfied with all aspects of this company.
