If you are looking for a professional and on time service look no further! This company has exceptional customer service and has done an outstanding job servicing and repairing our AC system. Not only were they on time, they were also extremely conscientious in making sure the repair was done properly. They followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work and repairs. They also came on a Sunday which happened to be Mother’s Day. The service call was $79. No gouging us for a Sunday or holiday. I could not be happier with the service they provided. Jesse the service provider was very courteous and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure things were clean and he did not leave until he was satisfied with his completed work. My A/C went out yesterday and I called Lincoln Air last night after trying a couple other places that didn’t get back to me. They were the most friendly, helpful, and responsive! They arrived earlier than expected- thankfully- and completed fixing the issue super quickly. Jason Taylor was very polite and professional and explained the process so that I knew what was going on.
