DaBella

This is so unfortunate. I would highly recommend a different company. Reasons to follow. So here's the deal. Dabella is the front facing sales company that you will interact with to get your windows and doors. However, they do not build or make your doors and windows. They outsource that to a company called alside which is owned by Associated Materials based out of Ohio. Go check out the reviews. It's horrendous! Look Dabella is okay. They had great sale people (as any salesperson should) and good customer service (if you're willing to wait 72 hours for a response). However, if you have to deal with any kind of follow up repairs or warranty work, you're S.O.L. Associated Materials will drag their feet as much as possible if not avoid your calls. I've called them at least 40-50 times and they always say they will get back to me (it's been about a year of this back and forth). They don't respond to email so good luck with that. Pretty much it's your problem once they install your things

I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my roof from start to end. The beginning was my sales representative, Lahela who was a lovely girl. Extremely knowledgeable, consistent, trustworthy, and straightforward. I appreciate all of her hard work to get this project affordable for me even on a fixed income. She was thorough in everything she had to show me and was able to comfortable update and guide me throughout the entire process. If I called, she answered. And all her promises she made were kept. Tiler and Rod were very informative and made me very comfortable with my decision to upgrade my home! DaBella has very attractive reps, mostly Tiler, but Rod is handsome as well! These windows have me VERY excited! They really work hard and know how to gave a good time while maintaining their professionalism.
