I had a clogged toilet and bath tub and Option One was recommended by Pat from Affordable Plumber AZ LLC. I called and was given a 9 to 11 time slot and Sammy arrived at around 9:30. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He cleared the clog in five minutes and explained what the issue was. I was so worried about the cost to fix my issue since I'm on a fixed income but $86 bucks later, all is well! I have future projects on my fixer upper and will definitely used Option One again. A gas leak in the water heater was detected by Southwest Gas. They determined it was from the control box. The gas was turned off on the tank. Next morning T.J. From Option One was out early to switch out the box. He works efficiently. Also, as an added perk, he was very friendly and explained to me all what he was doing and why.
