Reimagine Roofing

I haven’t worked with Reimagine Roofing on a roofing project yet, as I’m still in the process of receiving quotes. That said, James came out right away to inspect my roof and give me a quote immediately after, along with additional helpful info that the other roofing company hadn’t explained to me. He also went out of his way to help me with some water intrusion issues that weren’t even related to my roof. By far some of the best communication and customer service I’ve experienced with a company as a new home owner!

Great attention to detail and single focal point of contact - Eric J. did a great job as overall project manager covering several crews of roofers, welders, painters (these specific trade crews were awesome too) - he made sure there was great 1st impressions, listened carefully re: feedback we had - and created a good end of project impression too - I expect good project managers to "own it" and be the "one neck to choke" if/when there's an escalation or issue - Eric is calm, cool and collected here with a "get it done" attitude. Job took longer than expected but I'll take quality and attention to detail vs a rush job anytime.

5 Star rating - would use this company again. My family and i had a roof done in 2012 by home depot which was done HORRIBLY and caused significant damage to our home. This caused us to be displaced from our home for a time causing significant hardship on us. Reimagine worked with us through every step and even went above and beyond in some cases. Tom and Jeff were our representatives who helped us through most of the paperwork and coordination of services to make this repair quick and done right. Brian (Oregon Based) came out and did a complete and thorough inspection documenting all of the damages, was onsite to inspect the work crews, inspected the completed work when done, and even helped us with a little after work on the home, within the contracted repair agreement with the company.
