When my unit stopped working they did come out quickly and after looking around for an hour said that I had a leak that they couldn't find and I could "patch the issue" by adding a few pounds of coolant (which I was charged $500 for) I felt hostage because of the heat and didn't know what else to do so I agreed. When he came back to go over the options I couldn't get a direct price or answer on what needed to be fixed. I felt the whole time like I was just being pressured to buy a whole new $15k system. I even asked to just be sent a quote because I was over the sales pitch and still never got one. When it stopped working a week later again, I called another company out to get a second opinion and they said they couldn't even tell if the pressure was low because the units were so dirty.
