Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning

We recently replaced two air conditioners as well as two furnaces. After meeting Daniel, it was an easy decision to work with Reliance. It was obvious he had the leadership and communication skills necessary for a project of that magnitude. He is also clearly a man of great integrity; he came through on every promise - written and verbal. It was a pleasure to work with him. Just had a new Trane system installed by Reliance. The salesman was very pleasant and professional. The pricing was straightforward and, though expensive, was comparable to other companies we inquired. We were comfortable that we were sold exactly what we needed, and nothing more. The installer team was pleasant and neat. They were punctual and the job was accomplished on schedule without inconveniencing us. The only hiccup was a clogged drainline which shut the system down after 4 hours, but a serviceman came out, on our schedule (on a Saturday) and corrected the problem. I would strongly recommend this company!

Daniel Grimm and his crew (Kevin, Roberto & Elisio) were outstanding. They installed a mini split in my garage yesterday and did a fantastic job! I had gotten several estimates and after speaking with Daniel, I felt confident they could do exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price. He and his crew were professional, knowledgable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Not only did they work well with me but also as a team.
