Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning

Just had a new Trane system installed by Reliance. The salesman was very pleasant and professional. The pricing was straightforward and, though expensive, was comparable to other companies we inquired. We were comfortable that we were sold exactly what we needed, and nothing more. The installer team was pleasant and neat. They were punctual and the job was accomplished on schedule without inconveniencing us. The only hiccup was a clogged drainline which shut the system down after 4 hours, but a serviceman came out, on our schedule (on a Saturday) and corrected the problem. I would strongly recommend this company!

I got bits from four different air conditioning services. I found Reliance heating and air conditioning offered the best value. They also have the best price. They're install team were fantastic, very professional. In the home at 7:00 a.m. out at 2:00 p.m. everything working perfectly cleaned up after themselves. Explain the entire system to me. I needed a new Trane Dealer to repair my AC units. I was referred to Reliance by Trane. Reliance was prompt with getting me scheduled the same day. I really liked the fact I was sent a text with the picture of the technician who coming to service my units. I was given a brief bio on who he is as an individual as well as his years of experience as a Technician. Azel showed up promptly. He quickly diagnosed the issues. He reeled in backup with Raul, to get me up and running as quickly as possible. They got my two units running again, which was nice considering we were having yet another excessive heat day. They did a follow up as promised with a quote on all the parts my units would need. The price for parts and labor is more than fair. What I appreciate the most, they were able to get parts previous a Trane Dealer informed me were hard to get and not in stock.
