The Technician, Glenn, conducted a very thorough inspection of the problem area; which in my case was the kitchen sink's faucet and garbage disposal, as well as all lines, valves, etc to be able to give us a comprehensive solutions with different layers of work that could be done from the most urgent all the way up to addressing matters we weren't even aware of that could be and may continue costing a fortune. He also was prepared to offer a variety of options tailored to any of the packages offered in financial situation. We ultimately ended up calling Glenn back the next week to do the work on the package most conducive to our needs and we are very pleased with the job he did. He's also about the nicest guy you could ever allow into your house, which as a woman, it's never that comfortable to have a strange man in your house, but Glenn seriously brings that classic "boy next door" vibe that made me feel very much like I could trust him and he was a joy to have in our home. Leslie C performed a tune up in my AC unit and she did an excellent job, also she explained with details and pictures all the work performed during the tune up. The price and the quality of service provided was excellent, I will definitely recommend this company. I feel like I was getting white glove service during the whole time since I started the communication to setup my appointment until the end of the service.

We had a very pleasant experience with this company. They arrived on time, were very professional in terms of appearance (full uniform and foot booties), and extremely informative as to what was going on with our HVAC system. They were also very transparent with all problems. They showed us photos of the unit (ours is on the roof) and all diagnostics that were run. We would happily use them again going forward.
