Leslie C arrived and assessed the AC unit and the handler in the attic space. My AC had been making louder noises and the electric bill went up by over $100 from the previous summer month. Leslie found the outside capacitor was dead and was also able to replace it immediately. She explained what AC parts did and how it affected the overall unit. She also made recommendations for duct cleaning and increased insulation. Leslie put an estimate together and also show me VIP club program. Leslie was very efficient and professional.
