I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went. Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

Great price, best products, most importantly excellent skill level of installers. Trustworthy and excellent customer service. 4th house I have used them on and will use again. It doesn't get any better Service: Roof installation

Had an on-site quote for a full roof replacement. Sales rep said he would email me a quote. Quote never came. I called sales rep and spoke with him live once and left a voice mail once requesting the quote. Still no response and no white form the sales rep. Called the office to request the quote. They promised to reach out to rep and ensured I would receive the quote. No one ever called or sent the information. Unacceptable. Plenty of great companies out there but clearly no this one. Pass on this one for poor customer service and lack of response.
