The wind storm of October 2022 did some pretty good damage to the shingles on the north side of my roof. I called TSM Roofing, by chance, as they were close to where I live. Sheldon came out, inspected my roof, explained what I could expect if he handled the repair job. I had confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He explained the process and provided many details that I had not considered when needing to deal with an insurance claim. Thru the next 5 months, Sheldon handled everything with the insurance company, including providing more information to support his position that the roof needed to be replaced, not just repaired. 2 weeks ago, (it took around 5 months), I had my roof completely replaced, fully covered by my insurance. I am 100% certain that if I had tried to do it myself or if I used a "door knocker", I would not have had the same result.
