Luis is professional, efficient, and quite likable. He was polite and got the job done quickly. I am extremely happy with the service, and while I hope I never have to call them again, if I do, Deer Valley Plumbing will be my first call.

We had a major service line leak just inside the meter. Carefree water came out in 15 mins and shut off the water (nice work by them). We called three plumbers at 1830 to see who would be able to fix the burst pipe. Short version, we were without water overnight. Two plumbers showed up the next morning; one at 0700 and one at 0900 (Deer Valley). The service manager Mike was very responsive and explained what he believed was necessary and provided options. Service technician (Jarred) was onsite at 0900. We discussed options and had estimates by 1000. They were slightly less money than the other plumber, and I liked the service attitude (we’ll get this done today). I liked the solution we ended up with (clean and less invasive). I expect it to last a long time. The cost to put in a new line segment, install a new pressure regulator and interface to the city meter was just under $1750 and was complete in 4 hours.
